What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and helping with their service needs.
Listening to customer concerns and documenting repair requests.
Explaining recommended repairs, pricing and timelines.
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
Working closely with technicians and the rest of the service team.
Managing repair orders.
Making sure customers leave feeling taken care of.
What we're looking for
Outstanding communication and people skills.
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
Robust organization and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using computers and learning current software.
Automotive experience or knowledge is an asset.
Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset, but we're interested in the right person, too.
