Duties
Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Assist in food preparation by chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards.
Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks, ensuring timely meal assembly and presentation.
Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures to prevent contamination.
Organize and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies to ensure smooth service flow.




Assist with meal prep during busy periods by preparing ingredients or assembling components of dishes.
Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to create a safe environment for staff and guests.

Experience
Prior experience in dish washing or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is a plus.
Experience with working in rapid-paced kitchens will help you excel in this role.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking processes is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure is essential.
