Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial activities, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
Plan and control budget and expenditures of the organization
Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
Establish and implement financial policies and procedures
Advise senior management on any trends that are critical to the financial performance of the organization
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
Develop and implement financial and operating plans




Ensure accuracy to accounting standards, procedures and internal control

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years or more of experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning
Proficient in utilizing financial analysis and forecasting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating financial concepts to individuals without a financial background
Meticulous attention to detail paired with analytical and problem-solving abilities
