What We're Looking For
We are seeking a confident, experienced dental receptionist who can take ownership of front desk responsibilities and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Processing insurance claims and pre-determinations
Managing patient communications and follow-up
Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable
Maintaining accurate patient records
Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming patient experience





Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience preferred
Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Proven experience managing accounts receivable and outstanding balances
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental practice management software
