City Sheet Metal manufactures exterior aluminum building products, including soffit, fascia, rainware, trims, and flashings. We are looking for someone who cares about people, follows through, and helps grow the business.

About the Role

Be a trusted contact for distribution partners, including lumberyards, building supply dealers, and regional distributors. Help partners with quotes and orders, support their branches and sales teams, and build relationships that grow our distribution network. This role reports to the Customer Solutions Leader.

What You Will Do
Provide friendly, responsive service to partner owners, buyers, branches, and sales teams; take ownership of questions and concerns.
Prepare accurate quotes and orders; coordinate pricing, product information, samples, lead times, and delivery details.
Work with Planning, Operations, and Shipping to keep partners informed and commitments on track.
Follow up on quotes and orders, support partner product knowledge, and keep account information current in the CRM.
Grow sales within existing partner locations and develop recent distributor, dealer,



and branch relationships through proactive outreach.

What You Bring
Experience in customer service, sales, or account coordination; experience supporting distribution partners is an asset.
Solid communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Solid Keyboarding skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer or order-management systems.
Building products, construction, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
