Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of our sushi offerings to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and effective service
Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery of orders
Manage guest inquiries professionally,



resolve concerns promptly, and promote a positive atmosphere through excellent guest services

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards required for protected operations
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
Experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly valued; kitchen experience is a bonus
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experiences
