Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywaller to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall installation and finishing, with a strong understanding of construction processes. As a Drywaller, you will be responsible for ensuring that drywall is installed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our projects. A background in related maintenance person skills such as carpentry and painting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets according to project specifications.
Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams to create a smooth surface for painting or other finishes.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper installation techniques and adherence to design specifications.
Perform repairs on existing drywall and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps as needed.
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Drywaller or in a similar role within the construction industry.




Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong skills in drywall installation, finishing, caulking, and basic maintenance person tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
Must have active WCB-Alberta coverage and provide a current clearance letter confirming the account is in positive standing before starting work.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $16.00-$45.00 per hour
