Kumon Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Provide support to students in the classroom, including one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
Requirements:
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
Knowledge of tutoring techniques and strategies
Familiarity with educational technology and classroom resources
Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and differentiate instruction as necessary
