Duties
Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social skills
Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
Observe and document each child's progress to inform planning and communicate effectively with families and colleagues
Facilitate positive behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and emotional regulation




Collaborate with team members to develop inclusive curricula aligned with early childhood education standards

Skills
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Robust understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques
Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining safety protocols
Experience working with individuals with disabilities to support inclusive learning experiences
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members

Pay: $17.50-$22.50 per hour
