We are seeking a dedicated Evenings/Weekends Snow Removal Loader Operator for the winter season, from November 2026 to March 2027 . This role is crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Safely and productively operate front-end loaders for snow and ice control on job sites.
- - Be available for on-call duties 24/7 during snow/ice events.
- - Keep accurate records of work, including times, dates, equipment inspections, and site logs.
- - Respond efficiently to snow and ice events, clearing snow from designated areas.
- - Consistently wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- - Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.




- - Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- - Adhere to all company policies and local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- - Ability to work under adverse weather conditions and flexible schedule during winter.
- - Previous experience in snow removal preferred.
- - Dependable, reliable, and able to work on call 24/7 throughout the winter season.
