This clinical role at Step Up Step Down, Red Deer, requires a Master's in Psychology and registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists. You will engage in psychological assessments, individual therapy, and group facilitation. Flexibility for evening and weekend services is essential to accommodate client needs, particularly for group work and family support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychological assessments and interventions for patients
• Supervise psychometrists and provisional psychologists




• Collaborate on treatment planning with healthcare teams
• Facilitate educational and psychotherapy groups
• Contribute to program development and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology from accredited program
• Registration with College of Alberta Psychologists
• Five years of experience with multi-systemic families
• Competency in CBT and DBT methods
• Strong organizational and clinical skills
