The role involves managing recent motorcycle policies, renewing existing ones, and ensuring meticulous documentation. Your commitment to accountability and detail will enhance client satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve motorcycle clients with exceptional service via phone and in-person
• Support sub-brokers with their needs and inquiries
• Manage new motorcycle policies from initiation to completion




• Oversee the renewal process for existing policies
• Document all client interactions accurately in the management system
Requirements:
• Level one insurance license or in progress is an asset
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent considered an asset
• Previous experience in insurance brokerage is highly valued
• Enrollment in CAIB or CIP courses is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and professionalism expected
