The Sanitation Specialist will be pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas. Candidates should have an eye for detail and be able to manage time effectively. While previous experience in dishwashing is beneficial, it is not required. The position demands reliability and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, and kitchen utensils
• Organize and store cleaned items in designated locations
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
• Remove garbage, recycling, and compost effectively
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and prep tasks
Requirements:
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred
• Robust attention to cleanliness and detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Must stand for long periods
• Flexibility for shifts, including holidays
