Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor/Server
to join our team. This role will include overseeing daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. The supervisor/server role is one of support, but also still allows for you to take tables and make tips as well. The base pay is 20$/hrs and tips are taken home daily. While there is some flexibility in scheduling, we are looking for someone who can work the full range of shifts that are needed. The position reports directly to management and ownership, while supporting and guiding the team to success!

Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow
Lead, motivate, and support staff during service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across the bar area
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly,



and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Be the pivot point between staff and management. Share ideas and concerns with management while also enforcing business policies and standards with staff

The right candidate will have/display:
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol licensing regulations. Proserve and RealFacts certification will be required
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development
Familiarity with POS systems
Proven supervising or team management experience is an asset
Previous serving experience a must

Preference will be given to those with open availability. Sunday availability is needed.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
