What you'll do
Meet with clients to understand their goals and recommend life, critical illness, and disability coverage that fits
Turn referrals and leads from our home and auto clients into current life insurance relationships
Follow up on leads, book appointments, and guide clients from first chat to approved policy
Do regular policy reviews so clients stay properly protected as their lives change

What you'll get
A $40,000 base salary plus commission and bonus, with $80,000 to $100,000 in total earnings possible
Hybrid work: in the office for your first 3 to 6 months of training, then a mix of in-office and remote
Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced agent
A steady flow of warm leads from our existing client base

What you bring
A valid LLQP licence (required)
A proven track record in sales, ideally in life insurance or financial services
A genuine care for clients and a talent for explaining things simply
Self-motivation and discipline to hit goals, including when working remotely
Fluent English; other languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Italian, or Russian, are a robust asset
