Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients efficiently and accurately
Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and thoroughly
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes to guests
Help manage inventory levels by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs

Skills
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to perform basic cooking techniques with attention to detail and quality control
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a busy kitchen environment
