Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Indian Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for authentic Indian cuisine, excellent food handling skills, and a strong background in food preparation and service. Duties
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards
Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining high levels of customer service
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and safety procedures
Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling of ingredients
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and serving duties
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant or catering service





Qualifications
Proven experience in food service, particularly in Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards within the food industry
Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations in a restaurant setting
Robust understanding of serving protocols and customer service excellence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
