We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Time Key Holder support the daily operations of our retail clothing store. The FT partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store goals
Deliver and model outstanding customer service standard
Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising execution
Ensure corporate visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
Monitor wage costs and assist with scheduling to maximize productivity
Maintain loss prevention standards and ensure policy compliance
Uphold all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience driving sales in a retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsSolid understanding of retail operations and performance metrics
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Capabilities:
Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
