We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tandoor Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes utilizing the tandoor oven, including breads, meats, vegetables, and specialty items with authentic flavors.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
Assist in meal planning and portioning to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures meticulously to achieve perfect results while preventing overcooking or undercooking.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations at all times.




Support food presentation efforts to enhance visual appeal and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service workplace.
Solid knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Experience working with tandoor ovens or similar traditional cooking equipment is highly desirable.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for meal preparation and kitchen safety.
Prior restaurant experience demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a passion for culinary arts.

Pay: $17.60-$30.18 per hour
