Cosmetic Concierge (Front Desk)

FCP Dermatology, a luxury cosmetic dermatology clinic located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, is seeking a personable and professional Cosmetic Concierge to join our team.

About the Role

As a Cosmetic Concierge, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in creating an exceptional clinic experience. You will welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensure the front desk operates seamlessly, and help patients learn more about treatments and skincare products suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide attentive, luxury-level service from check-in through check-out
Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and bookings
Answer telephone and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Process payments and transactions accurately
Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming reception area
Introduce patients to relevant cosmetic treatments and skincare products




Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For
A warm, energetic, and professional individual who genuinely enjoys working with people
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills
A polished and confident approach to every patient interaction
The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced workplace
Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, medical aesthetics, or a client-facing role is preferred
Sales experience and an interest in aesthetics and skincare are considered strong assets

Full time, permanent position
Monday to Friday
$24–$26 per hour
