VANHESS Jewellery is looking for a creative, experienced social media skilled to bring our jewellery, services, and brand story to life. This hands-on role combines content creation and social media management with assisting customers on the showroom floor.

What you’ll do
Create high-quality product photos, videos, reels, posts, and stories that reflect VANHESS’s modern, elegant style.
Introduce our collections, current arrivals, custom jewellery services, and the craftsmanship behind our pieces.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar, from developing ideas to editing, writing captions, and publishing.
Manage our social media accounts, respond to comments and enquiries, and track content performance.
Capture engaging content in-store, including product close-ups and behind-the-scenes moments.
Welcome customers, introduce products, answer enquiries, and support the team with sales and daily store activities.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience creating content and managing social media for a business or brand.
Strong photography, video editing, caption writing, and visual storytelling skills.
Confidence creating Instagram reels, posts, and stories, with a good understanding of social media trends and engagement.




Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar programs.
An eye for detail and the ability to photograph jewellery beautifully.
A friendly, professional manner and confidence working directly with customers.
Solid organisation, initiative, and the ability to manage content from idea to publication.
Jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail experience is an asset.
