Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items following established recipes and standards
Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized setting




Follow all food safety protocols diligently, including proper temperature controls and hygiene practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles beneficial for understanding guest expectations
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a rapid-paced environment
Basic understanding of the food industry standards related to hygiene, safety, and quality control
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in delivering exceptional dining experiences

Pay: $18.25-$18.50 per hour
