Whitehorse General Hospital is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team at our Yukon facilities. The role focuses on pharmacotherapy monitoring, medication safety, and comprehensive pharmaceutical care to in-patients and adjacent community facilities.

The incumbent will work under the Pharmacy Manager to optimize therapy, ensure quality assurance, and support distribution systems across Yukon Hospitals.
