Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk and reception area operations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries




Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain office organization and support daily administrative activities
Prepare coffee and assist with general office support tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3 years of Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative Assistant experience
Robust verbal and written English communication skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong computer and administrative skills
Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
