As a pivotal member of the Global Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for building and supporting CICS Transaction Server regions. With expertise in CICS internals and IBM MQ, your efforts will guarantee the stability and performance of crucial transaction systems. Your proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential as you participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and configure CICS Transaction Server environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot IBM MQ subsystems




• Support disaster recovery activities and testing
• Assist CICS inter‑region communication and installations
• Follow change management processes and audits
Requirements:
• Solid experience with CICS on z/OS
• Familiarity with IBM MQSeries on z/OS
• Knowledge of MVS tools: JCL, TSO/ISPF
• Experience with RACF or ACF2
• Proven disaster recovery knowledge
