This role involves engaging with stakeholders, managing due diligence efforts, and developing complex financial models. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate vertical-market software acquisition prospects
• Conduct financial and operational due diligence
• Analyze and present data on potential acquisitions




• Develop and prepare investment memorandums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in investment banking or consulting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of technology and software industry preferred
