This part-time role with Quantum supports a downtown Toronto clinic seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Your focus will be providing tailored therapeutic massages and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and physiotherapists. This position offers the opportunity to grow from 2-3 half-days to full-days as demand increases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic massages for various patient goals
• Complete detailed intake assessments for new patients
• Build and update individualized treatment plans




• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to patients
• Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination
Requirements:
• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CMTO
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a therapeutic environment
• Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release
• Experience with musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
