On behalf of our client, the Department NationalDefence, we are recruiting for a Webmaster as part of a project to develop andimplement a set of standardized Information Technology (IT) services for allusers of the networks within the DND Classified Realms. The end result will bethe continual improvement of all of DND’s classified networks by providingtimely and accurate support to all CAF operations, both static and deployed.

Deliverables will include

- · Provide immediate support to the 7 Comm GP and sub-units Web Sites, SharePoint and O365;
- o Create functional specifications;
- o Provide technical advice to clients regarding web site & SharePoint needs;
- o Create pages including graphics and general site design;
- o Develop flowcharts depicting navigation and basic content;
- o Developline drawings or block diagrams illustrating the priority of information,links, navigation and space requirements;
- o Develop content diagrams showing the interactive connection between pages; and
- o Develop interactive prototypes showing basic form and functionality for both usability testing and presentations.
- · Perform complex web design working with Dreamweaver, Adobe A crobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and any ContentManagement System (CMS);
- · Design and Develop SharePoint information collaboration collection sites for the department;
- · Integrate and administer a complex SharePoint site collection on both the classified and unclassified information system fordepartmental use; and
- · Create, format,



and publish information compliant with departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

- · 4 years experience years with the building, creation and migrationbetween various versions of SharePoint
- · 4 years experience within the past ten (10) years in webdevelopment and design using tools such as Dreamweaver and/or Expression web.
- o TheCrown will accept resources with experience using tools such as SharePointDesigner, PhotoShop, GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP), and PowerApps
- · 2 years of experience working on classified intranet information systems.
- · 2 years of experience working with departmental policies,procedures and guidelines.
- · 2 years of experience communicating, coordinating and liaising withvarious IT in-service support groups
