Caring Hands Home Health Care Services, in partnership with 4Seasons Transportation, is seeking an LPN/RN to provide nursing care for students during transportation to and from school south of Calgary. The role emphasizes adherence to care plans and physician orders while ensuring safety throughout travel.

Responsibilities include medication administration, tracheostomy and airway care, suctioning, enteral feeding, and coordinating with families, schools, and clinical teams.
