YMCA BC in Vancouver is seeking a compassionate team member to support our inclusive before and after school program for children aged 5–12. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to create a welcoming workplace where every child—regardless of their needs—can thrive.

You will design and actively participate in activities, provide individualized support as needed, help children navigate conflicts, and model positive behaviours.
