Key Responsibilities:



• Lead development and implementation of OCM methodologies • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments • Oversee change impact assessments and training schedules • Develop change management plans for internal and external stakeholders • Partner with leadership on process enhancements and best practices

Requirements: • 3+ years in Change Management experience • University Degree or equivalent required • Robust interpersonal relationship skills • 2+ years in financial industry, preferably in custody or share services • Proficient in change management methodologies like ADKAR
