This temporary full time role requires a qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist to assist students in life sciences programs. Your responsibilities will include preparing lab materials, maintaining safe lab environments, and evaluating student performance. The position involves working on-site five days a week, ensuring the operational excellence of BSL2 and clinical diagnostic laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare lab materials for exercises and programs
• Clean and maintain laboratory spaces as needed
• Evaluate student lab performance under faculty's direction




• Provide skill assistance and document student performance
• Order lab supplies and maintain equipment inventory
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
• Certification with Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Registered with Canadian Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
