As part of the Schools & Retreats team, you will engage with guests aged 6 to 12 and create unforgettable memories from January to April. Your role involves instructing up to 25 diverse activities while managing group dynamics and fostering a safe, fun atmosphere. Experience in athletics and a passion for youth development are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sports and adventure activities for diverse groups
• Instruct up to 25 different programs tailored to guests
• Maintain supervision and safety throughout activities




• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow staff
• Participate in work projects, including housekeeping and dish shifts
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years old for High Ropes Training
• Experience with children and youth preferred
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry 10 – 30 lbs
• Willingness to live on-site in shared accommodation
