Altis in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Bilingual Change Management Consultant to support a series of initiatives ahead of accreditation. This hands-on role covers strategy through execution, with flexibility for full-time or part time engagement for 3 to 6 months starting November 1, 2026.

You will lead change activities, engage stakeholders, develop communications and training materials, and measure adoption, reporting to senior leaders.
