This role reports directly to the Director and involves collaboration with the management team across various asset types and accounts. You will guide consultants in providing cost consulting services while fostering strong client relationships and overseeing delivery and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive cost consulting services to clients • Prepare advanced blueprint analyses and project statistics • Complete estimates with a thorough understanding of construction • Analyze cost structures for various project types • Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field • Qualified Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or similar designation • Over 10 years of experience in real estate consulting • Strong understanding of Cost Planning and Project Monitoring • Proven leadership and business development skills
