We're Hiring: Back Office Chiropractic Assistant

Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, energetic team?

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of working directly with patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes . No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Be Doing

- Setting patients up for spinal decompression under the guidance of our chiropractors
- Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for
- Managing the majority of our phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Scheduling and assisting patients with appointment questions
- Completing patient follow-ups and communications
- Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Keeping treatment areas organized, stocked, and ready
- Supporting our chiropractors and team wherever needed
