Talentmatics Inc. is seeking experienced Human Factors / Ergonomics specialists to join an aerospace engineering team. The role focuses on cognitive and physical ergonomics, flight crew usability evaluation, and cockpit/HMI analysis to enhance aircraft systems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related fields, proven aerospace ergonomics experience, and solid English communication, with French language as a plus. Proficiency with major 3D tools is advantageous.
