Essentia Health Surgery Center - Grand Rapids is seeking a CRNA to perform clinical anesthesia and direct patient care in a rapid-paced surgical setting. The role includes coordinating staffing, covering assignments, and ensuring secure anesthesia management across OR, Endo and ED workflows.

Prior experience with nerve blocks and spinals is valued. Active NBCRNA certification, state license, and ACLS/BCLS certifications are required; greeting patient families as partners in care is emphasized.
