- 5+ years of Vendor Management within enterprise environments
- 5+ years managing the Third-Party Management Lifecycle and vendor relationships
- Risk and governance support related to third-party business arrangements
- Familiarity with SLAs , SLOs, and KPIs for vendor performance monitoring and reporting
- University or Diploma

Nice to Have

- Banking experience
- Project management experience leading and evaluating project activities
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba
- CSP or PMP certification

Responsibilities

- Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML




- Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
- Identify and escape issues related to vendor risks and relationships
- Lead problem resolution activities for complex vendor-related issues
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and support compliance with policies and standards
- Conduct internal and external research projects and support presentation development for management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support vendor engagements, transitions, and terminations
