Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products
• Introduce AEO loyalty program to shoppers
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace
