About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Gym Operations Manager to lead their fitness facility in Kimberley. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the gym, ensuring exceptional member experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, implement marketing initiatives, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including front desk, sales, and fitness departments.
- Manage gym staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gym management or fitness facility operations.
- Proven track record in sales, member retention, and budget management.
