IEM seeks a Planning Systems Manager for our Jacksonville, FL, Fremont, CA, or Vancouver, BC locations. This essential role involves spearheading supply chain IT projects, enhancing ERP systems, and improving operational effectiveness through insightful BI reports. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency in demand and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as ERP supply chain expert for system configuration • Lead IT projects including ERP enhancements and upgrades • Partner with BI team to define reporting requirements • Develop and maintain dashboards for KPI visibility • Train planning team on ERP and BI tools

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field • Minimum 5 years of ERP systems experience • Strong knowledge of INFOR/SyteLine preferred • Proficient in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau • Demonstrated ability in project management and continuous improvement
