In this essential position reporting to the Site Radiation Safety Officer, you will conduct comprehensive radiological surveys and actively promote secure work practices across construction and operational areas. Your role will involve managing data related to radiation monitoring while assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and compliance activities. Your contribution is vital to support the responsible development of the Rook I Project and foster a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiological monitoring of personnel and equipment




• Collect and analyze radiation survey data
• Support NexGen’s Radiation Protection Program
• Provide field guidance on safety procedures
• Ensure monitoring equipment remains functional
Requirements:
• Certificate in radiation or environmental monitoring
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in radiation protection
• Experience in mining or construction environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Satisfactory completion of a drug and alcohol test
