Join the Integrated Care Initiative at Broadview, where you will provide withdrawal management support as well as intensive substance use programs. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing care plans, and conducting mental health assessments. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize the health and wellness of women facing substance use and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document client bio-psycho-social needs
• Develop tailored client care plans
• Conduct substance use and mental health assessments




• Manage medications throughout the treatment process
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Practical Nurse in Ontario
• 2-3 years experience in mental health or addiction
• Solid knowledge of recovery and harm reduction practices
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
