Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on employee relations and performance management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of employment legislation in Quebec and Western Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HRIS, including ADP Workforce Now
