We're looking for a Line Cook (Breakfast) who enjoys the pace of a busy morning service, takes pride in every dish they prepare, and wants to be part of a kitchen that values professionalism, collaboration, and great food.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
- Setting up and stocking your station before each service to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast services while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements to the kitchen leadership team.
- Supporting your teammates to ensure a positive,



efficient kitchen environment.
- Assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as required.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a line cook, with breakfast experience considered an asset.
- A passion for cooking and pride in producing consistently great food.
- The ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Food Safe certification is an asset (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
