About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to support our daily office and showroom operations. This role includes customer communication, scheduling, lead management, supplier coordination, showroom organization, and social media support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, qualified, and comfortable communicating with both clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the office and showroom, including showroom displays.
Enter, organize, and update customer information in the internal system.




Contact material suppliers periodically to obtain updated pricing and maintain material information and sample boards.
Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts.
Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Order office supplies and other necessary items.
Provide general administrative support and assist with office and showroom duties as needed.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in both English and Chinese
Is proactive, responsible, organized, and eager to learn
Has valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive work attitude
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software
