We are hiring a

Field Sales Manager

to take ownership of Victoria, B.C. and surrounding territories. This is a

pure new business acquisition role

for high-performing sales professionals who thrive on winning new clients, building pipelines, and controlling their own income.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and grow your territory through new business development

Prospect and engage business owners and senior decision-makers across Victoria and surrounding areas

Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals

Build and maintain a strong pipeline using cold calling, networking, referrals, and events

Operate independently in the field, managing your own schedule and territory strategy

Sell high-value HR, Health & Safety, and compliance solutions that deliver measurable ROI to clients

What We Are Looking For





5-7+ years of B2B outbound field sales experience (mandatory)

A proven track record of consistently winning new business

Strong hunter mentality with a drive for cold outreach and self-generated leads

Experience thriving in quick-moving, short-cycle new business sales environments is highly preferred

Experience managing your own territory independently

Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Business Owners, Directors, Executives)

A proactive approach to networking, referrals, and opportunity creation

A valid driver’s licence

$60,000-75,000 base salary with
