This role requires extensive experience in handling complex claims, especially those exceeding $200,000. You will investigate and settle personal and commercial property claims while ensuring exceptional service to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate complex property claims in a timely manner
• Handle field tasks typically managed by telephone adjusters
• Provide quality customer service to all stakeholders




• Document claims thoroughly with reports from involved parties
• Negotiate settlements within established authority limits
Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in property claims handling
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
