You will establish a robust team to manage core HR operations, talent acquisition, and performance development.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build a People & Culture function for a $3 billion enterprise • Lead organization design and executive succession planning • Develop a hiring process and employer branding • Map succession risk and ensure leadership readiness • Launch performance management programs for leaders

Requirements: • 10+ years in HR leadership, 5+ years at senior level • Experience in managing HR through rapid growth • Proven track record in succession planning and leadership development • Robust advisory experience with boards on executive pay • Post-secondary education in HR, business, or related fields
